Our mandate was to manage the 10,000 plus attendees from registration and logistics, marketing, sponsorships and on-site management; most of the attendees were VIPs, heads of state and ministers along with the heads of world’s most admired companies: Uber, Tesla, LinkedIn to name a few.

Our collaborative and strategic approach since 2016 ensured that an event of this magnitude was mapped out and tested in theoretical prototypes and simulations months before its actual launch.

Being a creative agency, our design team implemented stand out themes to bring the registration zones alive showcasing WGS and PMO in their best form.
