An inspirational stand theme together with communication plans presented tactically throughout the duration of the event ensured SWH became a hub for industry decision makers. SWH signed off with several major contracts with local and international partners.

Women’s banking services has become the new customer segment within the industry that needed customized solutions catering to specific needs. While SIB is well-known, their women’s banking service was in need of an attractive image that generated customer loyalty.

Our theme for the women’s banking division captured aesthetically the aspirations of customers, creating attractive contact points at every step of the journey in women’s banking services offered by SIB.

Brief:
Part of Etisalat Group, Tamdeed is the integrated networking service provider that is responsible for creating ICT infrastructure in the UAE and beyond. The mandate was to ensure the brand was redeveloped to meet the demands of evolving and competitive markets.

Solution:
Our strategic orientation start the process of communication design, while business insights derived from stakeholder workshop sessions help shape plans that define the course of brand development. We collaborated with brand owners to create a powerful branding and marketing plan that helped Tamdeed Projects step into a new era.

Ramadan CSR
series

Brief:
For a super brand that continually engages with audiences and leaves them with experiences to remember, Ramadan is yet another opportunity for building brand equity. The brand partner needed to stand up to the rigorous challenge of delivering CSR mandates that no other brand had attempted before.

Solution:
Meticulous planning, round the clock quality control, massive logistical arrangements and man management, building local networks of volunteers to reach thousands of du Ramadan goody bags, every day for 30 days of Ramadan. In the end it was not making 200,000 impressions across the cross-section of audiences in the UAE, but letting fans know du, actually adds life to life.

The largest brand in fresh food sector, with 13,000 workforce and offices in every continent, gave us the mandate to unify their global operations with a common communication theme that will serve to inspire the staff and leadership while invigorating the business as it embarks on a new era of growth.
Solution:
Never one to settle for the ordinary, we proposed a three day fairytale tour for 200 hand-picked employees who represented the wider cross-section of the staff. Bringing together the team from every corner of the world, packaging a surprise at every turn, presenting messages of appreciation and encouragement, for example, a story of 30 years narrated by the CEO and visualized in 3D animation, an Oscar style award ceremony, custom designed equestrian show in the open desert and many more. The project was recognized at Middle East Event Awards for breaking new ground.

Brief:
Appointed to host the largest healthcare conference in the region, with requirements of collecting and exhibiting research papers from 200 healthcare professionals, monetizing the event and ensuring cent percent participation.
Solution:
Despite the coordination challenge for standardized presentation of research papers in an exhibition format, excellent results were achieved by the dedicated event team. The research exhibition received excellent reviews from the record number of delegates during the 3 day conference. The project serves as a testimonial of dedication and attention to details that is key to the success of large scale conferences.

Arab Women Sports Tournament

Organized by Sharjah Ladies Club and under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of Supreme Council for Family Affairs, Arab Women’s Tournament is only one of its kind in the Arab and Gulf Countries 400 players of 53 clubs from 14 countries competing in 8 different sports. entourage handled 360 organization for the entire tournament, including advertising, promoting tactics, logistics, digital, collateral and communication, followed by event management for all tournament games.

V40 launch

Brief:
Be responsible for complete planning and execution of the launch of the most awaited car from the Volvo stable. The campaign needed to replicate global standards while adding local touch to meet commercial requirements.

Solution:
We developed an out of the box idea to generate widespread interest around Volvo’s most-awaited V40 lineup. The campaign design, production and execution was handled inhouse ensuring high quality finish, while retaining brand communication standards at every point of customer contact. The buzz generated online exceeding targets, once again revealing the power of insight based live communication.
